Witnessing Wisconsin Land Gratitude

Beloved Oaks

We will go to a grove of endangered Garry Oaks in the Victoria area, and create art with golden yarn and other materials found on site. Location is yet to be determined - one possibility is to go to the site where the McKenzie interchange is being built and some oaks were cut down (but several remain). We would do this only if it's safe, depending on construction works happening at that time. Alternatively we'd pick a different Oak grove.
